WE CAN CARRY ON
Due to changes and clarification by the government on *Guidance for employees, employers and Businesses * we can carry on.
For the last 2 weeks we have been putting things in place following Government Guidance.
We are now back cleaning and sanitising your bins. We will be changing our methods of cleaning in these unprecedented times as advised by
Government Guidelines
We will be working alone and will have no direct contact with customers or any members of the public in line with the social distancing rule .
Staff will wear PPE in line with Government Guidelines.
All bins will be cleaned inside with concentrate disinfectant already added to our water tanks .
The outside will not be jet washed but instead the handle and lid will now be sprayed with a mixture of bleach and disinfectant and wiped down before returning to the edge of your property. We will not be collecting at the door but will put a payment note in the lid of your bin. If you can pay by Bank Transfer that’s great but if you can’t don’t worry ,we will see you in a few weeks .
Disruption with your waste collections
Due to the council experiencing problems with staffing levels you may find your collections will be a bit hit and miss. We believe that some councils are now providing a weekly collection and are prioritising the refuse bins . We will do our best to carry on with our 3 weekly service but may need to change this to suit the current climate.
